The DBSL-3x1300 steel coil slitting line is used to roll the metal strip, leveling, According to the required length of lateral slitting, and neatly stacked. Unit adopts dc speed control system, pneumatic, hydraulic control system and PLC control system. The seep of slitting, single machine adjustment and full automatic operation control all concentrated in the console, stable performance, safe and convenient operation.

From right to left are: Entry coil car→Hydraulic decoiler →Hydraulic press and pinch device→Hydraulic cutter→Looper 1→Side guide device→ Slitter→Scrap winder→Looper 2→Tension stand →Recoielr→Exit coil car
